Having used Smarts Duotherm system already on previous projects, Developer McCarthy & Stone Ltd specified Duotherm because they had confidence in the systems performance capabilities in achieving the specification on this project.

• Project Detail

The close proximity of a high traffic road to the building created concerns over the noise levels during busy periods. To over come this all the windows have been installed with 10/12/6mm acoustic glass units, significantly reducing exterior noise levels. All ground level windows have been constructed in accordance with the 'Secured by Design' requirements and full compliance with the Part L regulations has been achieved throughout.
