Thank you to everyone who visited Smart Systems at Interbuild

With Interbuild now finished for another year, Smart Systems would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the exhibition and visited the Smart Systems stand, making the show a success.

Smart Systems came to the show with several subjects we were keen to talk about. Firstly there was the launch of two new profile systems, Evolution & Tanagra. Evolution is specifically designed as a steel window replacement that is ideal for applications such as listed building refurbishments. Tanagra is a new addition to our range of curtain wall profiles that offers rapid construction on-site by utilising new transom cleats and also incorporates polyamide thermal break technology, improving the overall thermal performance of the system.  

Interbuild provided the perfect platform to announce our plans for a 120,000sq/ft development that will bring aluminium profile extrusion and painting back into the UK for Smart Systems. Our state of the art product facilities due for completion in 2008/09 will enable Smarts to be more responsive, significantly improve our service levels, distribution capabilities and consumer care.

Finally, we talked about aluminium's sustainable credentials of and how Smart Systems have committed to work towards a greener working environment.
