Through investment in state of the art production equipment and the implementation of good management systems we have been able to put into place working practices that make S.A.E. the most modern and efficient operation of its kind in the country.  Indeed, through further investment planned in sustainable power generation, we aim to be carbon neutral in 2011. 

• The extrusion press utilises state of the art production planning software to minimise production waste and energy use whist maximising the efficient use of aluminium billet 
• All waste aluminium from the extrusion process is captured and sent for recycling into primary aluminium billet
• Through improved production operation systems we have been able to reduce our road haulage requirement by an impressive 500,000 miles per year
