Smart Architectural Aluminium has launched InVisoglide, the latest addition to its hugely successful Visoglide Plus sliding door range.
Featuring a new bonded glazing system, and outer frames that can be concealed, InVisoglide’ s slim sight lines and concealed frames enable virtually ‘frame-free’ views to be achieved, maximising the glazed area to allow light and air to flood into any room.
The InVisoglide sliding sashes are bonded using a high-quality, single-component adhesive. Providing enhanced security, the bonding process also allows ultra slim profiles to be used, with the system featuring a choice of 20mm and 26mm interlock options. The bonding process also means that all four sides of the outer frame can be concealed within the aperture to create a smooth transition between the inside and outside of a property, and to provide almost uninterrupted, panoramic views.
The established Visoglide Plus range is known for its contemporary styling and outstanding performance, with the doors providing the perfect solution for both commercial entrances and residential properties, where they maximise light and space and deliver outstanding views. The new InVisoglide doors have been developed to give customers even more choice and greater design options, yet with the same high quality and high performance standards.
Available in two up to four panel configurations, InVisoglide doors achieve U-values of 1.4W/m²K with a 1.0W/m²K centre pane. With a PAS 24 approved multipoint lock to accompany the system, the doors may be ordered in both single and dual colour formats, in a choice of finishes from Smart’s extensive colour palette.
